This morning I woke up with a thumping headache

. Tension pain at the back of my head and neck! So I concluded as any normal human being would do, I shall stay home today, not go to work and lay down to relax without the kids around to shout in my ears! As well as that, Auntie Flo is visiting and as usual she is being a pain in the arse (well not exactly the arse but you get my drift!)

Anyway, later this morning, I was happily laying on the sofa at home doing next to nothing...cause watching tele
is doing something, when I got a phone call. 'Hello Mam', this is Mr BT man ringing to check you are at home so we can come and fix your phone line'. Surprised I told him I wasn't expecting him till the afternoon but hey...what the hell, if you wanna come now, please do!
So he did and 15 minutes later, my phone line fixed and all my nightmares over (well...ok... I am exagerating but this does offload a lot off my mind).

He then left and I carried on watching tele when i suddenly thought 'OH MY...

my internet connection must be fixed too!. So I ran upstairs to get my laptop and plugged it, turned it on and was going: come oooon...come onnnn' at the screen cause it takes so long to upload. Logged in and Tadaaaaaa, I am online, all is working perfectly well, broadband with Sky is super fast and I am over the moon

.
So here I am, back in business and ready to
raid your blogs to catch up on all the things I have missed.
before that though, I need to say something; I have finished my last book by Tory Hayden this weekend and was well impressed again. Although this one (Tiger's Child) was kinda hard to get into, I finished it feeling really happy. I then started a new book I bought a while ago which got raves about it in magazines saying it was funny witty and naughty. I thought to myself, I always read serious book, let's have some fun.

So here I am reading 'Girl with a one track mind' which is basically a blog printed on paper, and after 30 pages, I am like...Man that girl has got some serious problems! Or is it me!! She talks about sex like I talk about food.... which means she talks about sex all the time and is constantly thinking to when her next shag will be, as I am thinking on a forever basis 'What I can eat next that wont make me fat', 'what's for dinner tonight', 'shall I get some sushi tonight'. Sex for me is like the last thing on my mind. Not interested in the slightest.
However, I must say, this girl, Amy Lee is very funny and when reading her escapades, I am like 'Jeesus Christ Lady... a bit of self respect will ya!, but then I laugh. I intend to finsih the book. I just hope it will get more interesting than what position she got into with her latest 'fuck buddy' (her words, not mine!).
I better go and read your stuff....
